Dr. –Ing Civil Engineer, Professor in Laboratory of Technology and Strength of Materials, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics, University of Patras. Strong participation in European conferences. Author of more than 190 scientific publications in Journals and conferences proceedings, reviewer of 35 scientific Journals and member of editorial board of 11 international scientific Journals. Participation as main researcher in more than 20 research programs with recent European programs such as: Rusteel (2009-2013) and Newrebar (2015-2019). Regularly invited as lecturer in conferences with research topics that are closely related to the results of his scientific research. At the same time, he has completed a great number of projects including the in-depth examination and restoration of both modern and historical structures.
